Petra Kendall is an HR professional with very specific experience in Recruitment and Coaching. She has the passion and drive to facilitate her clients career progress while considering the context of their personal lives, as the two are fully integrated.
Originally from Trinidad & Tobago, Petra has lived and worked in Trinidad & Tobago, United Kingdom and the Netherlands. She has worked in multicultural organizations and had the possibility to experience and embrace various organizational cultures within such environments.
Petra has a BSc. Hotel Administration Management. Additionally, she has earned qualifications in Human Resource Management and earned certificates in Coaching, including Coaching at Work from the Open University. With a personal interest in cultural differences, she is also a licensed Trainer for the ‘Crossing Cultures with Competence’ via The Interchange Institute of Anne Copeland.
As a Coach in association with Caribbean Opus, she uses her HR & Recruitment competencies to actively facilitate our clients in achieving their professional goals.
