What is the opportunity?
In this role you will be responsible for automation initiatives of varying sizes, complexity and types as well as e-forms development and maintenance.
What will you do?
- Work with business SMEs to identify opportunities for automation of processes as part of BAU activity
- Work with IT architects to identify opportunities for building business needs into shared solutions
- Use solution design experience to support the effective and accurate gathering of business requirements to support process automation solutions
- Ensure that any solutions conceptualized are at a generic level and that they can be shared and re-used elsewhere in Caribbean Banking
- Liaise with IT partners to communicate both the design of the initial solution and the larger shared Caribbean Banking solution
- Liaise with project teams where applicable (PMs, IT and SMEs) to help direct the team towards “best in class” automation and shareable/scalable solutions
- Ensure IT designs and solutions accurately reflect the process automation requirements of the business
- Develop and implement automation opportunities including but not limited to coding and programming
- Provide e-forms technical support, development and guidance for projects undertaken by the Bank and business as usual activities
- Support site maintenance as it relates to text, graphic content and site design
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
- Degree in Business or Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent education/training in a related field
- Experience developing and applying some of the leading practices in Automation
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Robotic Process Automation, with 2+ years of RPA design and coding experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Java Script with 1+ years of coding experience
- Intermediate proficiency: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with key stakeholders on complex projects including a technology component and proven track record to deliver
- Ability to understand and develop detailed process maps and work independently
- Strong Communication Skills - written and oral and team player with good interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms Designer, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Intermediate to advanced experience in Blue Prism development
- Experience with Automated Routing application e.g. PEGA
- Basic knowledge of automated document design and development
- Knowledge of T24, RIBS, TS2 and FCIS
