Core Function’s Summary:
The Virtual & Rollover Sales Representative, reporting to the Virtual Sales Manager and Rollover Sales Manager, is responsible for driving sales growth by engaging new and existing clients through virtual channels and rollover canvass activities. The role combines telesales, digital engagement, and traditional sales approaches to promote Yello Media Group’s full suite of advertising solutions — Print, IYD, and Digital.
The representative focuses on business acquisition, client retention, and delivering outstanding customer service through proactive sales execution and consultative selling.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred; relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in sales, ideally in digital or media environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent client service.
- Additional training or certification in sales or marketing is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, contact, and follow up with clients across print and digital platforms.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Present and explain advertising solutions effectively to customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and account growth.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored advertising packages.
- Use CRM and BI tools to manage leads, track sales activity, and forecast performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, product launches, and campaign execution.
- Ensure all contracts, documentation, and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
- Adhere to company sales guidelines and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
- Demonstrates versatility and effectiveness across multiple markets and territories.
