As a Trainer II, you are responsible for scheduling and delivering training sessions, facilitating various regulatory trainings for AAA employees and the airport community, and supporting the Learning & Development Manager in managing training facilities. Operating within the scope of applicable (local) laws and regulations, you are also tasked with designing training programs.

Main responsibilities include:

Assist in the preparation of annual and monthly training plans and schedules, ensuring efficient organization and execution of all training activities.
Deliver education and regulatory training sessions for AAA employees and the airport community, including airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders.
Keep training software, syllabi, materials, and reports up to date to support effective training delivery and compliance.
Contribute to the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training courses in accordance with feedback and regulatory requirements.
Help develop and deliver training that complies with national and international aviation safety and security regulations (e.g., ICAO, FAA, IATA).
Supervise and evaluate the implementation and impact of training initiatives by monitoring employee performance and reporting findings.
Liaise with managers, part-time trainers, external trainers, and airport stakeholders to align training needs with organizational goals and policies.
Assist in preparing training budgets and ensure cost-effective training solutions and resource allocation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in the field of Safety and/or Security and/or Training.
Certifications on ACI Airport Safety, ICAO Training Instructor, ICAO Training Developer, DGR, TSA Instructor, and DCA Trainer are a plus.
Experience in Airport Safety, Security and/or Operations
Knowledge of the international and national aviation and Aviation Act-and Regulations concerning safety and security.
Knowledge of and experience with Training systems including training and testing software
