What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing and expanding existing client relationships while ensuring high-quality service.
- Leading and overseeing tax advisory assignments, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Supervising and coaching a team of (Senior) Tax Advisors and Junior Tax Managers.
- Ensuring the quality, progress, and profitability of client engagements.
- Contributing to the strategic growth and development of the tax practice.
- Identifying tax risks and opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Participating in business development, talent acquisition, and risk management initiatives.
What We are looking for:
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Tax Advisor in a tax practice.
- Strong technical expertise in taxation and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage and strengthen client portfolios.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills to develop high-performing teams.
- Proactive mindset with a drive for business growth and innovation.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
