As a Senior System Administrator, you play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and , effectiveness of our hospital’s communication and work processes. You provide essential technical support to optimize the flow of information and improve communication technology (ICT) services across the entire organization. In this position, you ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain seamless connectivity and workflow. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving our systems, enabling better collaboration among teams and more efficient patient care.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent as well as a Network Certification and experience in working with multiple operating systems;
• Certifications in CCNA, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Security+ and Linux are required. MSCE certification is considered an asset;
• Leadership skills and experience in coaching teams;
• Proficiency in applications servers, client systems, management software packages;
• Extensive knowledge of switches, classified communications, DSL services, wireless services circuits, voice networks, and other division projects;
• Fluency in the English language is required.
Tasks:
• Evaluate user requirements and provide recommendations for enhancing network systems, applications, media, and communication tools;
• Review installation and maintenance strategies;
• Design, script, develop, and deploy applications to optimize network and operating system performance and well as implement approved system upgrades;
• Advise on, enforce, and implement policies governing the secure usage, storage, and access control of information, applications, and hardware;
• Collaborate with the ICT supervisory team, taking on the role of project leader for the installation and maintenance of application servers and operating systems;
• Accurately diagnose and analyze issues related to systems, applications, networks, security, hardware, and processes.
