Senior Account Executive Corporate CW

General Purpose:

The Senior Account Executive Corporate is responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of corporate loans. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business, asessing credit risks, and structuring loans that align with both client needs and the bank's risk appetite. The Senior Account executive Corporate will closely colaborate with KYC Compliance, Risk and other internal teams to deliver exeptional service and ensure the long-term success of client relationships. 

 

Position Highlights:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients. 
  • Understanding clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to provide customized solutions. 
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. 
  • Developing account strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure long-term client satisfaction. 
  • Identifying opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing clients. 
  • Monitoring and managing the financial performance of assigned client accounts. 
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers, providing support in complex credit assessments and client interactions. 
  • Preparing and presenting reports on account performance, revenuw projections and growth opportunities. 
  • Negotiating contract terms and pricing agreements with clients. 
  • Working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional qualification is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of expereince in business banking, with a focus on commercial lending or business loans. 
  • Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial statement interpretation, and risk management. 
  • Proven track record of managing a business loan portfolio and achieving sales targets. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. 
  • Proficient in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Skills: 

  • Strong analytical, selling, negotiating, and customer service skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Dutch, English, and Papiamentu). 
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
