Key Accountabilities:
Be responsible for:
- Opening and closing of Bank premises at appropriate time and control access to premises before and after opening.
- Ensuring banking hall is neat and tidy and has necessary stationery, while open to the public.
- Ensure posters and brochures being displayed are current.
- Collecting mail from within the branch for onward transmission to the Processing Centre in conjunction with the Administrative Coordinator.
- Making deliveries as required.
- Ownership and control of the Micro-filming process of outgoing clearing before despatch.
- Assist with the preparation of stationery orders.
- Assist the Administrative Coordinator with maintenance of the book vault ensuring that vouchers are properly boxed for shipping to the Archives/Records Centre in line with CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank guidelines and stored in a neat manner. Assist with the shredding of reports/documents in line with CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank guidelines.
- Assist in minor maintenance of premises.
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager or Customer Service Manager.
