Key Accountabilities:
Be responsible for:

  • Opening and closing of Bank premises at appropriate time and control access to premises before and after opening.
  • Ensuring banking hall is neat and tidy and has necessary stationery, while open to the public.
  • Ensure posters and brochures being displayed are current.
  • Collecting mail from within the branch for onward transmission to the Processing Centre in conjunction with the Administrative Coordinator.
  • Making deliveries as required.
  • Ownership and control of the Micro-filming process of outgoing clearing before despatch.
  • Assist with the preparation of stationery orders.
  • Assist the Administrative Coordinator with maintenance of the book vault ensuring that vouchers are properly boxed for shipping to the Archives/Records Centre in line with CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank guidelines and stored in a neat manner.  Assist with the shredding of reports/documents in line with CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank guidelines.
  • Assist in minor maintenance of premises.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Manager or Customer Service Manager.
