Job Summary
Assists more senior professionals to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.

Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate or administer various aspects of the organization’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs
• Manage and administer the Payroll process and handle Payroll Information (on a multi-country level) with high confidentiality and accuracy.
• Operate in and be responsible for more than one of these areas and perform many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions
• Administer the staff recruitment and selection process (placing ads, interviewing, processing applications, contacting managers, provide feedback regarding the candidates, handling selection process tests)
• Contribute to internal transfers that take place within the Organization (analyzing what are the needs for each position and the profile of a person who can take the job)
• Participate in the preparation of employment contracts and offers of the selected candidates
• Administer the coordination of the On Boarding Program
• Administer exit procedure
• Ensure updated with regard to the organization’s collective agreements and individual employment contracts so as to ensure that they are applied in accordance with relevant regulations, laws, and the organization’s employment policies and standards.
• Assist with correspondences, meetings and negotiations with unions.
• Keep up-to-date with the employee relations climate in the organization and support actual changes in employee relations regulations, so that the organization’s employee relations policies remain current and relevant
• Administer grievance and disciplinary procedures
• With guidance develop project basis work (local policy updated, procedures, employee handbooks etc.)
• Maintain accurate records for individual employees regarding pay rates, shift details, promotions, transfers and sick leave etc.
• Assist in administration of performance management process
• Timely completion of various HR related reports and deliverables required by local, regional and global management.
• Comply with the responsibilities detailed in the station's QHSE Management System Manual and the manuals under your responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with the requirements in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISAGO standards.

Qualifications and Competencies
• University Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) or related subject
• Minimum of 1-4 years HR experience
• Excellent knowledge of local language and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of local labor laws
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) is required
• High energy, personal presence and maturity
• Ability to work closely with other departments and managers
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Relationship management skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and support change
• Personal and professional integrity of the highest order
