General Purpose:
The Field Support Technician's primary role is to provide first line support to end-users of the Bank’s computing environment. This includes installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting end-user workstations and related hardware and software in order to deliver required desktop service levels. The Field Support Technician also provides support on IT software applications related to the core and card banking system. The Field Support Technician is based at Orco Bank Sint Maarten.
