What is the opportunity?
Our Currency Services Center is looking for someone who can operate in a fast paced environment handling basic to moderately complex client transactions with in-put into various systems.
What will you do?
- Responsible for preparation and input of transactions relative to Night & Day deposits, ATM deposits and Cash Supply
- Work on a variety of bank applications to complete client transaction process
- Focus on getting work right the first time and take ownership for improving capability through building necessary skills
- Ensure processes/controls being followed to protect shareholder interests
- Responsible for the management of a team completing diverse functions within the Currency Services Centre, focusing on the achievement of an enhanced client experience by meeting or exceeding established service quality standards (i.e. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Work efforts are focused on overall effectiveness of the team (e.g. quality coaching and feedback, talent management, quality, accuracy and efficiency of the fulfillment/servicing processes and overall unit/team operations)
- Responsible for leading, developing and maintaining applicable product and process knowledge for the team in the areas of Night and Day, ATM and Cash Supply processing
- Responsible for providing a clear line of sight for the client experience, while ensuring adherence to operational risk, compliance and AML requirements
- Provide relief for Senior Team Lead Currency Services
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Five (5) CXC O ’Level passes or CSEC of which Maths and English are compulsory
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and keyboarding skills
- Very strong client first orientation
- Attention to details and strong organization skills Nice-to-have
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Working Conditions
- Required to work 5 days per week – Monday to Friday
