OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE
- To conduct safe and efficient dispensation of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fuel to customers and support troubleshooting, diagnosis, and rectification of operational and maintenance issues on CNG systems.
- To assist with other natural gas support activities.
FUNCTIONS
- Refuels vehicles in accordance with the Company’s CNG Dispensation Procedure and applicable codes and standards.
- Assists customers with general retailing activities, including but not limited to processing payment cards in alignment with company policy and procedure.
- Supports with resolution of issues identified by MEEI and other statutory bodies.
- Complies with company dress code and safety standards.
- Extends a high level of customer service to all customers and stakeholders within established standards.
- Completes all necessary training interventions as required by the company.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and promote all company values relative to protecting the natural environment
- Assists with identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of mechanical, electrical & instrumentation issues as they arise on CNG systems.
- Reports all issues, technical or otherwise in a timely manner.
- Completes all necessary CNG system operational checklists for assigned location.
- Supports with inter-company natural gas projects to deepen knowledge and understanding of the system.
- Supports maintenance interventions on CNG systems to deepen knowledge and understanding of the system.
- Completes other related duties upon request of supervisor in alignment with company policies and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The minimum requirements for the position are:
- Five (5) Ordinary Level subjects.
- A minimum six (6) months experience in the Basic Automotive Sector, Computer literacy with MS suite of applications.
- Must reside in Tobago.
