As an Asset Administrator you are responsible for updating, maintaining and record keeping of information archives regarding maintenance work being performed on AAA assets in the Electronic Asset Management System. You will also function as the first line of contact for all breakdown reporting, its coordination, scheduling and follow ups on performed work with maintenance contractors.
Main responsibilities include:
- Act as the first point of contact for breakdown reporting, coordinating repairs, and following up to ensure work is completed effectively;
- Manage maintenance service requests, including acknowledging, logging, creating work orders, and coordinating tasks with relevant stakeholders;
- Monitor and verify the completion of maintenance work;
- Oversee warehouse operations by managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of parts and materials needed for maintenance activities;
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, inventory levels, and work performed, generating reports as required.
Requirements:
- HAVO/Associate degree;
- Previous experience in asset administration, warehouse management or maintenance coordination;
- Basic understanding of maintenance and warehouse operations;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Fluent in English, Dutch and Papiamento;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Projects, SharePoint, Word, Outlook);
- Proficiency in using asset management and inventory software;
- Customer oriented with excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders;
- Accurate, Efficient and Analytical.
Department: Development & Technology
The Asset Administrator reports directly to the Service & Support Manager.
