Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

Responsible for processing of moderately complex client transactions within one or more RBC product or service line(s) utilizing on-line input to various systems ensuring quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing workflow and/or documents. This role performs activities that support all jurisdictions in the Caribbean.

 

What will you do?

  • Exercises due diligence in following operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Responsible for completing & performing Random Selection Verifications and audits, Audit of Local Posted Work, Verification of Dormant Account Transactions (Pan Caribbean), Pin Form Verification, Maintenances of Discrepancy Share Point, Discrepancy Management dormant accounts, Local Posted Work
  • Reviews all transactions, reports, documents to ensure compliance/adherence with policies/procedures/guidelines Ensures all documents/data are examined for completeness and accuracy, and takes appropriate steps to correct for client with focus on timeliness
  • Process work volumes as measured through established service quality standards (e.g.Service Level Agreements)
  • Solid understanding and able to navigate through a variety of bank applications to complete incoming work (T24, RIBS,TSYS2)
  • All other activities as required

 

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Bank’s minimum entry requirements, 5 Ordinary Level subjects including English and Mathematics
  • Sound business knowledge including service and operations
  • Very strong client first orientation

 

Nice to Have

  • Certificate in Management (e.g. ABE certification)
  • Exposure to relevant bank technology (knowledge of MCA tool)

 

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced, highly dynamic and interactive processing environment requiring high degree of flexibility for hours of work
  • At times the role requires the ability to manage highly demanding situations under rigid timelines
  • This role performs activities that support all jurisdictions in the Caribbean and may be required to work during TT specific Bank Holidays to ensure support to the wider Caribbean
