The Transfer Pricing Manager will be required to contribute to the drafting of the annual Master File, describing the worldwide business by segment and how it operates throughout the world including value creation, financing, and intangibles. You will draft more complex local files, which describe the business in each country, and perform benchmarking studies to measure comparable transactions.
You will review the transfer pricing reconciliations prepared by the Transfer Pricing team and the Financial Statements for each entity. You will review the Country by Country report each year, analysing results for comparison with the Master File. You will coordinate with the international tax compliance team in the delivery of the tax compliance requirements, including earnings and profits, foreign tax credits, etc.
For such a critical role, you will need to have minimum of 3 - 5 years’ tax, accounting, or finance experience. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with an accounting designation. You will need to possess advance user skills in Microsoft Excel. This role needs someone who has strong familiarity with US and international tax. You will need to be a critical thinker with the ability to conduct research and recommend solutions to tax issues. This role needs someone who can effectively communicate to diverse stakeholders at all levels from a broad range of backgrounds.
