The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is new within the HR&OD department, which means you will start from scratch with the recruitment process. Our ideal candidate has experience in a similar position within a medium-sized organization and takes the lead in streamlining the recruitment process at CMC. In this role, you will explore creative and innovative methods to attract potential candidates in the complex hospital environment. This involves attracting professionals with various types of expertise, specializations, and non-exempt (Moratorium Act) positions. To shape the recruitment of new talent for CMC, you will organize various activities, implement campaign plans, build and manage talent pools, and actively contribute to the employer branding CMC.
