GK General Insurance Company seeks to identify an individual looking for an excellent opportunity to progress his/her career; and who possesses the vision and energy to help drive dynamic changes in the company, in the following capacity: MicroInsurance Associate.

 

Reporting to the MicroInsurance Officer, the incumbent will be expected to:

• Manage the day to day administration (sales and claims) of a portfolio of micro insurance products

• Coordinate initiatives that will drive the micro insurance strategy

• Coordinate marketing initiatives to achieve the strategic objectives

• Provide ongoing customer service support to partners and customers

• Identify, document, and communicate the ideas, trends, and emerging capacities

• Coordinate and monitor the activities of the steering committee to ensure on going execution

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCES

• First Degree in Business Management or a related field

• Technical Insurance Certificates (preferably Personal Accident and Property)

• Experience with sales promotion

• Experience working with diverse teams

• Willingness to travel to field locations as required

• Eligible to be registered with the Financial Services Commission
