The successful candidate should demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the pertinent aspects of the Manufacturing Plant Optimization Systems to include; Safety, Quality, Environment, Logistics, People, Management and Maintenance Pillars, including policies, objectives, rules, hazards, and controls relevant to his/her specific job responsibilities and their impact on Company policy. He/ She shall assist in the development of new policies/procedures for improvements as it relates to his/her department.
The Maintenance Supervisor shall be responsible for monitoring, controlling and the supervision of corrective, predictive and preventative maintenance activities to allow for the smooth running of equipment and ensuing success of pre-established production programs within the standards of quality, safety, cost and service provided.
