PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Human Resources Manager maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.
SCOPE
The Human Resources Manager reports to the Human Resources Director and is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function which includes the recruitment, selection and orientation of staff, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training development, policy development and support to supervisory units.

This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
