Join us as an HR Intern, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our HR Officer for Aruba and Bonaire. You’ll be the go-to person for any questions from your colleagues You'll need to be a great team player and independent worker in this dynamic profession, with good organizational skills. During the internship you’ll have the possibility to experience all the different aspects of HR in the field. 

Who we're looking for:
If you're currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related study, this is a unique opportunity for you. We're seeking individuals with a fundamental understanding of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. With excellent time management, stress resilience and prioritization skills.  Your interpersonal skills will be your strength in this role as well as your eye for detail. You must be able to handle confidential information with discretion. Equally important is your ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Dutch. Papiamento is a plus.
