The primary focus of this position is to create and execute integrated and Pursuit-focused marketing and sales programs that support the business with respect to executing on our consulting business unit strategy. We are looking for a dedicated, driven and engaging individual who is passionate about helping our teams navigate the client life cycle, from market awareness and first engagement, through the proposal and pitch process, to closing the deal. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, passionate about marketing and sales and have the confidence to advise on and challenge thinking.
Support management in the proposal process for consulting services which includes a strategic approach to facilitate the development of value propositions for the pursuit. This will involve understanding the Firm’s pursuit methodologies regarding account and relationship management.
Draft proposal documents and collateral, including cover letters, executive summaries, team and CV information and firm experience.
Coordinate proposal team meetings, capture and follow up on action items to ensure their completion.
Report, maintain and analyse data within Customer Relationship Management systems and other relevant databases.
Support the execution within assigned and approved budgets of the integrated marketing strategy for consulting services which will include a mix of tactics designed to create and nurture sustainable client relationships, build revenue pipeline, improve client satisfaction and enhance PwC’s brand equity. Tactics would include events and sponsorships, account-based marketing and client relationship programs, media and PR, digital and social media marketing, market research and content creation.
Confidently interface with leadership to drive collaboration, present new ideas, maintain awareness of competitive marketing activities and react to emerging market/client needs.
Leverage project management skills to execute projects concurrently and ensure deadlines are achieved.
Education: Bachelor Degree - Marketing and Management
