As the Category Sales Development Manager you will lead the channel sales development agenda to deliver growth for the channel(s) as assigned. The key responsibility of this role is to accelerate shelf off-take at the customer level through, customer plans, improved in store visibility and on-time execution of the aligned category/ brand activation sales plan, based on the consumer and channel marketing strategy. Based on the business priorities, this role will be responsible for prioritization, alignment and execution of the above-mentioned activities and plans. It is expected that this role would work closely with the Business Development Managers/ Distributor Business Managers to ensure strong plans and to ensure best in class execution of all sell-out related and brand-visibility initiatives within the assigned channel. Must also leverage on cross-functional efficiencies and expertise to develop a strong learning log and evaluation log (Pre & Post) of key investments on sell-out activities within the assigned channel.
