We are looking for an individual that advocates for Agile mindsets, behaviours and processes. The Agile Coach is responsible for helping teams perform by instilling an Agile mindset and methodology through coaching, improving team processes and championing continuous improvement. The Agile Coach has a deep understanding of the organization and team processes and adds value with broader perspective of having seen other teams go through the same transition before.

Can you?

• Guide and train the teams and the Factory on how to be agile and how to use Scrum and/or other practices and methodologies
• Monitor agile processes and values and coach the teams; facilitate transparency, inspection and adaptation
• Support the Product Owner in version planning, prioritization of features, Test & Learn mentality, scope management
• Remove obstacles (e.g., cultural barriers, logistical challenges)
• Promote cooperation between all team members, training, and mutual support
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within and outside the team
• Encourage self-organization and growth within the team
• Generate an agile mentality in the teams through conversations, coaching
