JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Contact Lead Agent will report to the Supervisor, Airports. The selected candidate will provide high-quality reservations, ticketing and related support services to internal and external customers including travel agents via the use of computer reservations terminals, phones or any other electronic media. 


He/she will ensure the accurate preparation and submission of sales reports and daily cash deposits and will also assist in supervising Ticketing Agents and Satellite Offices where applicable.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Customer Service:  Continuously seeks to capitalize on opportunities to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers by placing a keen interest in understanding and effectively resolving issues in a professional and result-oriented manner.

Operational Effectiveness: Ensures effective and efficient utilization of assigned resources, towards ensuring that customer service and on-time performance standards are achieved whilst ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Reporting: Ensures the delivery of accurate and timely reports, with a view to analysing key data for effective decision-making;

PERSON SPECIFICATION: 

You must reside in Trinidad and have a minimum of five (5) CXC/GCE Ordinary Level passes including Math and English with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar environment.  You must exhibit strong problem-solving skills and must be computer literate with strong proficiency in using the Computerised Reservations Systems - Amadeus.  You must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.  You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess the ability to exercise judgement and initiative.
